Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

I purchased a dog collar on a website. I received it yesterday however it's too big for my dog. I decided to return it. I checked their website and on a return policy, it says that final sales are non-refundable, non-exchangable. Well, on the website it shows for example, our price $79.00 sale price $70.00 You save $9.00 Free shipping! I'm not sure if it means final sale...... Also, on their return policy page, it doesn't say "All sales are final". I'm so worried I won't be able to get a refund..... So my question is.... When a store put sales price on their products, does it always mean final sale?????

Thank you so much!

As a Franchise Attorney I'm not sure what the website means by "final sales." Some firms, for example, say all sales are final - but hat doesn't appear to be the case here. Best for you to contact them directly and speak to someone in person. Explain what happened, and presumably you just need a smaller collar for your dog. See what they do. If that doesn't work, you can always try and dispute the charge when it appears on your credit card statement. Consult with a good business or franchise attorney in your area for specific advice.
