Purchasing agreements
If you lease a motorcycle on a saturday and decide you have changed your mind on sunday, do you have a three day grace period to give it back and null the contract

The three day rescission period applies to contracts made in your home or which place a mortgage on your real estate. If you voluntarily go to a place of business and enter into a contract, there is no right to cancel.
I get this question almost every week from someone who buys a new or used car on Saturday and wants to give it back on Monday. There is no right of rescission based on the three day law.
