Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio

After receiving a federal lawsuit from 14 franchisee, the franchisor sent a letter to the judge seeking a guardian to be appointed to her, because of her incompetency, and lack of money to pursue the case. What does that mean ? and what will happen to the case ?

I need more information. But, it soudns like a legal guardian is being appointed because this person mentally cannot protect their interests in the case. The legal guardian will step into the shoes of this person for purposes of the lawsuit, make the important decision, sit at the table at trial, etc. They won't testify, of course, unless they are actually a witness to the underlying events. If the guardian is a relative, that could be the case. I would like to hear more. If you are in need of representation, please call me.
