i would like to know how to incorperate oneself if it;s worth it. i am a contract foreman and would like to offer my sevices under my own business to avoid payind a staffing service.

The state charges $125 to file either a LLC or actual incorporation. Call me if you want to see which you should do. If I handle it I will charge you somewhere between $300 - $500. If not, I'll at least point you in the right direction:
