Legal Question in Business Law in Ohio
if a seller attempts to sells good already under contract to someone else, is that criminal? If so, to what extent?

Any attorney will say, not unless the goods are illegal. You are talking about breach of contract. You can bring an action for breach of contract, or in the case of especially unique, one-of-a-kind goods, possibly an action for specific performance. Consult with a good business attorney in your area for specific advice.
