Legal Question in Consumer Law in Ohio
30 day warranty
Purchased a truck ''as is'' but was told it came with a 30-day warranty from a dealer. The engine blew within the 30 days and the dealer will not fix until we pay for the engine. Who do you believe is responsible for the repair. Please advise.
Thank you.

Re: 30 day warranty
It depends on the warranty and what it actually covered.

Re: 30 day warranty
What exactly were you told about the warranty?
Do you have a copy of anything that looks like a warranty?
