Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Ohio

Cognovit note statue of limitations

I have a cognovit note that was due in 1965. I don't know if it was paid or not. I am assuming not. Is it still valid? It carries a 3% interest. If it is still valid, does the interest accumulate till payment? If still valid, how do I go about getting it paid?
