Can a IRA be Garnished in OHIO

I owe way more money to a CCard company then my IRA monthly withdrawls and monthly SS pmts allow me to pay.

Can the CCard Company Garnish my IRA and SS monies ? Thank you

No, provided they maintain their separate character, and don't remain ina regular checking or savings account for any period of time.
