judgment on vehicle

I am married and have alot of cc debt. It is only in my name not my husbands. He works, I don't. we have a 2004 ford truck that has 22,000 equity because he is paying back his 401k which he borrowedthe money. If I don't pay these creditors, can they take my truck with a judgment? Thanks

In a word, yes. The truck could be attached to satisfy a judgment, if it has your name on it.
