repayment of loan, breach of contract
An ex boyfriend signed a contract I made when I loaned him money. He owed me $300 a month and has not yet paid any money. Which forms do I use and where do I start for the complaint process?

It depends on how much the total amout owed is. If the amount owed is $3,000.00 or less you can go to small claims. This is located at the local municipal Court. If the amount owed is $15,000.00 or less you can go to municipal court on the regular docket. It the amount owed is over $15,000.00 then you go to common pleas court.
