am on vetrans pension,owe 40.000 credit cards,have no assets ,can my pension be guarnsheed by court order thru collection agency?

Generally pension benefits are exempt from collection efforts and can't be garnished. You may wish to consult with a consumer credit counselor about the credit card debt and how to handle it in the long run. You can also talk with a local attorney who handles debt problems or one who works with veterans.
