Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
arrest record
I have charges on my arrest record that was dismissed. Are the charges allowed to stay on my record even though they have been dismissed? When I look up my record it looks like i am quility of these charges

If the charges arose in Ohio and have been dismissed, you can file to have the arrest record sealed. Unless you file, the arrest record remains open to the public.
