clearing a criminal record
i was arrested for disorderly conduct four years ago and
i would like to know if this is still on my personal record
and if it is... is there any thing i can do to clear this from
my name...

Probably. If this is the only thing on your record, you may be able to get it expunged. The precise process will vary ever so slightly by county, but here is a link to the Hamilton County Court Clerk's office that explains it pretty well:
