Can I get a conviction exponged from my record and if so how would i go about it? Level 4 non violent felony from 1991

An expungment is actually an application to seal the record. If this is your only criminal conviction (including misdemeanor convictions) and if you do not have any other disqualifying factors (such as a drunk driving conviction) then you would be eligible to apply to have the record sealed. The application is made to the trial court where the case was heard and it is up to the trial judge whether or not to grant the application.
