can a dismissal be overturned
I was arrested for domestic violence of my mother and so was my boyfriend. I plead guitly and was ordered to counceling which i completed. I had the case dismissed, i am home with my mother and the court ordered me not to have contact with my boyfriend. Can the dissmissed case be brought back against me, if I ask to have contact with him.

Re: can a dismissal be overturned
Your facts don't make sense. If you were ordered/sentenced to counseling, than your case was not dismissed.
