Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

Disorderly conduct

I went out of town to ski with a friend and he drove but i paid for everything else. On the way back to the prepaid hotel room (about a mile away) he insisted on stopping at applebees but i told him i didnt have enough money left. He went in and ordered food and a beer and when i was tired of waiting so i went in and had 1 also. After drinking the beverage, i paid my tab & then proceeded to leave. I was followed out by the manager and was told to pay for my friends food which i did not eat. I said no and i did not want any problems so i walked to a hotel about 100 yards away and checked in. After getting into bed i had two police knocking at my door saying that i left a $13 unpaid tab . I explained the situation and said that i did not eat and would not pay. The officer aggressivley threw me against the car, hand cuffed me and took me to jail for disorderly conduct. The staff proceeded to bad mouth me the whole evening while i was in a nearby cell and could hear them the whole time. I just want some justification for what happened. I did not do anything and the actual offfender was given a ride home & not charged at all? Please help me understand and get me some answers for being treated this way for no wrong doing. Thanks

Re: Disorderly conduct

What county did this take place in? Did you actually get charged with disorderly conduct? If you want to send me an email directly, I can give you my number and we can talk in more detail.
