drunk driving accident

i'm in ohio. I was hit by a drunk driver while myself being drunk. the collison forced me into the car in front of me. There was no to little damage and i left the scene. i was later picked up and was charged with 3 offenses one being failure to stop. how bad is this?

If this is the first time you've been in trouble and you are forced to take a plea to your first DUI, then the penalty is almost always a 3 day sentence that is served by going to a hotel for a 3 day alcohol seminar. First Offenders are generally treated softly, unless the levels of your alcohol was over .17, which doubles all penalties...
