Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
Felonious assault?
Can you tell me how a prosecutor can come up with a charge of felonious assault when there were absolutely no injuries and no medical care received what-so-ever. I feel like my fiance is getting railroaded and I am very afraid for him.

Putting someone in fear of serious physical harm is enough.
