Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio
I was in a fight at summer school. And I recieved a summons from the court saying I broke the boys jaw and knocked out his teeth. The boy had harassed me several times and his friends send me theatening messages on myspace. I was charged with felonious assault for standing up for myself, is there anything I can say about the info provide to sway the case in my directions?
