Legal Question in Criminal Law in Ohio

what can i do

I live in a small town in Ohio. I worked last year for a social service agency that handles the funds of mentally ill or disable clients. The director left in July and she arranged to have me fired so that I could get out of the agency. Because I refused the work under the new business manager. A co worker told several of my co workers, and clients that I was fired because i was embezzling. The agency laid that employee off in March of 2009 and now has found that she has embezzled 25 to 30 thousand dollars and are charging her with federal charges of filing false governement reports as well as other charges. Is there anything I can do since she has almost everyone in town believing it was me. It has been proven by social security that it was her. The agency has been addressing it and clarifying when they are approached. Can I go after her?
