No one knows. Only the Judge can decide what the sentence is. Any lawyer who tells you otherwise is crazy. There are, however, guidelines which are available to help you estimate the penalty. Depending upon the degree of the offense (a first degree felony has a stricter sentence than a 3rd degree misdemeanor) determines the 'spectrum' of penalty.
