moving out of state prior to being charged
can i move out of state prior to a court apperance. have not been officially charged but prosecutor has papers. need to move because house is being foreclosed.

If there are no charges officially pending, and you are not on any restriction from any court, then you may move anywhere that you like. Just understand that the mere fact that you move does not end the criminal investigation.
If you know that the prosecutor is reviewing your case for prosecution, I would suggest that you hire a lawyer and have that lawyer notify the prosecutor and court of your new address.
