my son is being arrained on domestic violence charges. should he plead guilty or not guilty?

NOT guilty. Then get an attorney. Domestic violence is NOT an expngeable offense and can be used to enhance the penalties if he is convicted of it in the future. It could also preclude him from purchasing or owning a firearm and/or from obtaining his concealed carry license.
