Stolen? Van

help. I was trying to help out my girlfriends son who needed a vehicle. i live in cols Oh. they in cinci OH. they picked up the van and took it to cinci. i went down with the title to go to notary and do the transaction several times. he did not follow thru. now she dumped me. I have requested my van to be returned. they wont. what do i do?

I am sorry about your situation. There are a couple of things that you could do that come to mind. First, have you reported this to the police? Second, you could sue since your property was taken.
