wrongful imprisonment
if you are charged with a homicide and you are denyed bail, then later found not guilty, is there any compensation for time spent behind bars? what exactly happens in this case?

There is definitely a case for money for the wrongful imprisonment. You have to convince the jury that you were wrongfully accused.
