2nd DUI in less than 2 years refused to blow
What is the most I might get if I have
gotten a second DUI in less than 2 years
if I refused to take a breath analizer and

The most you can get for any DUI is always 6 months in jail. The mandatory minimums are 10 days when you have the second DUI in 6 years. There is much for a lawyer to look at to see if you can be convicted, such as how you performed on the field tests. You need to talk to a lawyer so that you can get more advice once you provide more facts. Since you refused to do the breathalyzer, you will not be able to drive at all for one month.
