Legal Question in DUI Law in Ohio

3rd DUI, any hope?

My first DUI was when I was a juvenile. Am I correct in thinking that his will not be held against me? The second offense was out of state in Pennsylvania and occurred in 1997. The third was in my homestate of Ohio and ocurred in 2001. Now I've done it again in 2006. Any ideas what I'm looking at here?
