I was in an accident and charged with OMV under the influence of Rx drugs, crossing marked lines, and hit/skip. I submitted to a blood test and it came back negative for all drugs. What should happen to my charges?

Threy should be modified. You are facing some fairly serious charges. You should have a lawyer. It is very hard to answer questions without knowing all the details of your case. Ed DiCato
