im being charged with underage drinking. will my trial entail a drug test? i am not being charged for DUI but that was the closest area of law on the list

only if you are convicted of the offense and either given a pre-sentence evaluation or if you're put on probation.....you need help from a lawyer...it's just too much you dont know....you can have one appointed for you if you cant afford it...it's a six month sentence in a worst case scenario so be careful
