sleeping in back seat DUI??
i was wondering if you can be charged for a DUI, if your car isnt running and you are sleeping in the back seat of your car in a parking lot. Also if you had your keys outside of the car would that make any difference?

You can be charged with DUI under those circumstances but I'm not sure you could be convicted. If you need a lawyer let me know. I'm down in Stark County but handle DUI cases all over northeastern Ohio.
