Legal Question in Education Law in Ohio

So I heard a public defender can take there cases home with them. I didn't think you could.. can you?

In Ohio, I don't know of any rules against a public defender taking case files home to work on them. Many lawyers have to work after hours. Further, with the advent of technology, most files are digital these days, so the attorney would more likely be logging into the system from a portable device rather than taking a physical file anywhere.
