Attorney at Law
Re: Power
A power of attorney is a legal document that allows one person to act on behalf of another. The person giving the power of attorney is the "Principal." The person receiving the power is known as the "Attorney in Fact." A power of attorney allows the attorney in fact to act as the principals agent, and perform the certain specific acts outline in the document.
