Is a twenty year old will a good will?

The age of a will does not matter. If the will was valid at the time that it was signed, then it will be valid 20 years latter unless someone can prove that it was revoked by the person who signed it.
It is usually a good idea to review a will more often than every 20 years! Peoples circumstances change. Your kids grow up, people die. But, a 20 year old will is probably legally binding.
