Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Hello, my brother's wife has filed for divorce and she has left their home (in Ohio) with their son (2 weeks currently). My brother is currently staying in the home. His dillema is that he wants to seek alcohol treatment/counseling but is afraid if he leaves the house, he is giving up the home and his wife will move back in. His friends are telling him not to leave the home and his lawyer has not returned his calls.

He is really at a crossroad and doesn't know what to do.

Whose name is the home in? I would suggest that he get the divorce and then go into treatment. I know how difficult this decision can be since I am in recovery also.
