Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

What to do (child custody)

Divorced in 2002, i left my daughter in the care of my ex-husband due to the fact that i was moving back to my home state of washington and didnt have a job, or adequate housing for my daughter. My ex- husband recently moved my daughter out of ohio state without my consent. He has custody, but doesnt keep her, he leaves her with whoever he can, she visits in the summer, but she does not want to go back . Numerous people have expressed concern about how he neglects to care for her himself. Is there anything that i can do??? There is a lot more to this story...

This case looks to be governed by Ohio law. You should consult with an attorney licensed in Ohio. Of course it could be an advantage to having an attorney located in Washington if you were sucessful in getting your daughter's principal residence moved to Washington. There are several Ohio licensed attorneys in Washington State, and there may be some advantage to contacting one of them.
