Child Support

How do you stop child support

deductions from a paycheck if the

children are not yours and you've

never met the people in question?

Before you have any hope of doing that, you must file a motion in the juvenile court for DNA testing to determine if you actually are the father. If parentage has been determined due to your default, then you must be prepared to present evidence as to how if would be impossible for you to be the father.

You must prove you are not the parent through paternity testing. I'm not sure what you are referring to by never having met the people in question. What people?
