Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Child visitation at 17 years old.

My (my ex-husband) is threatening to call the police and have my 17 year old son arrested if he refuses to visit at the appropriate visitation time. Is this a legitimate course of action for him?

There are no legal ground against your son for refusel to comply with visitation with his father.
