I live in cincinnati ohio and I was legally married in 2004 we have not been together since 2005 I have purchased dissolution paperwork but my husband has yet to sign them. Since then I have had 2 children by someone else. I cannot afford attorney fees what can I do?

If your husband will not agree to a dissolution, you will need to file for a divorce. You can contact Legal Aid to see if they will represent you. You can also file pro se (on your own without an attorney), but I would not advise that.
You will also need to specifically exclude the two children from the divorce. Your husband is legally presumed to be the father of children that were born during the marriage (even if the biological dad signed a paternity affidavit). You can also request services from the CSEA in your county to establish the paternity of those children and have the biological father's name listed on their birth certificate.
