Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Enrolling into school

My ex has custody of our 2 sons in TN. Now the youngest son wants to live here with me in OH & go to school & the ex is agreeing to this even bringing him & his things to me. Can my ex & I get him enrolled in school tomorrow & what do we do about reversing the custody without going through the courts again?

Re: Enrolling into school

Some sort of affidavit or other sworn statement granting you full power over all vital decisions with the child should work until the court modifes the custody order.
