Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

ex-wife moving

My wife and I were legally divorced 12-1-98 in Hamilton county, Cinn. Ohio. At the time I felt she might try and move with my 7 year old son to either Cleveland, Oh. or San Diego, Calf. so in the divorce papers it states that she cannot move anywhere out of Ohio and is limited to 4 nearby counties in Cincy. I believe she now wants to move and take my son and is going to possibly get married to a man who resides in Calf. Would this be grounds for the court to rule in her favor and allow her to move without my permission.?

Re: ex-wife moving

I may be all wet on this as my practice had involved the child abuse/neglect/dependency cases. But I can't see that an order prohibiting moving is going to pass consititutional muster. I will archive this letter though and research it a little. I'm kind of curious myself.
