How old do my children have to be to decide when/if they will visit their father for his scheduled visitations? How old do they have to be to decide who they want to live with?

A child's wishes ARE NOT determinative of what is in the child's best interests, but only one factor. A child cannot make a binding choice on these matters until they are 18 and finish high school.
