Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

family law

my ex-husband hasn't visited our 12 and 15 year old children in seven years. He also has not paid child support in almost as long. I would like to try to enforce the child support order, but not if he can force visitation on our children. Can he do this?

Re: family law

He cannot force visitation but he can be heard in court to consider whether visitation of the father is in the children's best interest. Visitation and child support are considered separate issues.
