A fathers rights after felony conviction

Can a father fight for custody after a felony conviction? Does he still have rights to get daughters if mother is not in the picture and grandma is the one taking care of them ?

Yes, the court will determine what is in the best interest of your children. The court will look at all the factors, not only your criminal history. The court will decide, based on the evidence presented and what it determines to be in the best interest of the children.
