Fraud in Guardianship Hearing

Is it possible to reverse a guardianship ruling based upon fraud. In 2002 my sister went to court and got guardianship of my niece. We had no knowledge of this. She submitted a Waiver of Notice to Appear document with my signature that she forged on the document, as well as, forging the signature of my brother as well. She is also guardian of my nieces estate.
