Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
infidilty-woman
a question for you:
Man been married for 15 years, has 3 children under 18. Wife is having an affair behind his back. This can be proven by private investigation showing kissing, fondling, etc.
How does the man go about making sure he gets custody and the wife gets nothing? Wife can be shown to be out at all hours of the day, early and late. Wife is homemaker. Husband is bread winner.
Home is in both of their names. Can she lose the house as well??
Thank you.

Re: infidilty-woman
Nothing is certain in domestic relations court, but if her conduct can be proven by testimony, and that his residential custody is in the best interest of the children, he can be awarded primary residential custody. As to property division, if her overall conduct is egregious enough, the court has the discretion to award her no part of the net marital assets.
