Yes, you can file a post decree motion to modify child support as well as to modify a number of other things. Your local domestic relations court staff should probably give you with filling out forms if your county has a basic form motion. Otherwise, you can look up the file of an old divorce case and find a post decree motion in the file to copy and change accordingly. And as always, its best to contact an attorney so that he or she can take care of all of this for you. Call several and compare fee arrangements. Also, you may qualify for legal aid so contact your local legal aid office.
