Always late for visitations

The children are suppose to arrive at 6:00pm on friday night for thier weekend stay. The children normally arrive at 7pm and sometimes not until 8:00pm or 9:00pm. Since the visitation is only on every other weekend time with the children is precious. Also on Friday night we have dinner with my fiances parents,their grandparents. By thier mother not being able to arrive at the schudeled time, it has delayed and canceled events, dinners, and even parties for the childrens birthdays we had planned for them. What can we do to make the mother arrive on time?

You can file a motion to modify viistation with the court, but short of that, there's not much you can do.
