Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Ohio Law on minor child pregnant
I would to know what the laws are for a 17 yrs old who is pregnant and her grandparents have custody of her and they are not allowing her to visit with the father of the baby and his family. Is there anything we can do?

You are still a minor but not for long. Since your are not married to the child's father, you may want to establish paternity and court-ordered support payments from the father.
