Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

separation

I have a house in which the mortgage is in my name alone. If my husband and I separate who would be required to physically leave the home until sold, my husband or myself? I should also state that I could in no way pay for a mortgage and a rental. At the present time we are both contribution to the mortgage, but I could pay it alone if needed.

Re: separation

This is negotiable. But you are the person responsible for the debt. It seems that if you are maintaining that obligation, you should be able to live there until the house is sold or whatever else plans to be done with it.
