Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Trust laws

I received an answer re: a house set up in trust. here's what I need to know. My mother-in-law passed away. she set up a trust . The daughter is the successor trustee. The mother -in-law stated in will/trust that her husband can live in the house until he dies. at that time the house would be sold & the money is split between the daughter and son. Is there a way to force the husband out of the house? He cannot have anything in his name due to IRS tax debt. The son & daughter would like to take the house . one would by out the other's half to reside in it.

I would say only if there are conditions in the trust, for example, that he does not remarry. He has a life estate meaning that he can lived there for life as long as he is able.
